We imported Rudaren from Norway in spring of 1981. At that time we had paid the highest price ever
paid for a stallion imported from Norway. That spring and summer Rudy made back in Stallion
breeding fees more than what we had paid to buy and ship him to Canada.
Rudy put his own stamp on all his offsprings and to this day they still stand out in quality and
disposition.
Rudaren is still, after 30+ years in the Fjord Horse business, the most outstanding, exceptional
stallion we have ever owned.
